People's Revolutionary Party of Hagiv

Summary

Formed near the start of the Glorious People's Revolution, the PRPH was one of several organizations formed to coordinate the revolution. It was the only one with a Sunstone Ascendant and eventually gained dominion.

After the Revolution was won, the PRPH was the organization used to establish the government, choose the Supreme Leader, and elect the initial Revolutionary Council. It then became the mechanism through which the Hagivi government controlled the behavior of the general populace. The government makes laws, but the Party determines orthodoxy.

Membership in the Party is by invitation and nominally voluntary, although being a member has so many advantages that refusing to join can, all by itself, be seen as a counterrevolutionary act.
