Summary
The intelligent, magic-wielding Noble Dragons of Tierra are intelligent, magic-wielding shape-shifting creatures of immense power. Created by Thoth Chaosborn, they don't breed true with each other. When they breed with each other and other dragons, they breed Bestial Dragons. They have some success breeding with magic-wielding races while shape shifted, but there are less than two dozen in the whole of the Thalassan Sphere.
