Summary
The Tearra Rift is a deep tear in the ocean floor where the city of Tearra once stood. During the Cataclysm, it was an open conduit to the Outer Dark and demons poured through. It was allegedly sealed near the end of the Rift War in 43 DB, but smaller, less powerful demons and even stranger creatures have managed to come through into the Sea of Fiends and the Weirding Isles.
