From The Thalassan Sphere
Tierra is "the world" - the planet on which the Thalassan Sphere exists. In addition to the Thalassan Sphere, it includes the Ring of Fire, the Sea of Mists, and the as-yet unnamed and unpartitioned southern hemisphere.
