Rain of Filth

Summary

During the Cataclysm, many of the clouds covering the Thalassan Sphere were heavy with manatite dust and fragmented spells. When it rained, the rain was often gray and sludgy. That gray, sludgy rain was called the Rain of Filth. It frequently transformed who and what it touched in unexpected ways and was responsible for creation the Twisted Men, Twisted Dwarves, and Twisted Elves.
