Shiya

Summary

Shiya is a cluster of islands in the middle latitudes of the northern hemisphere. It's isolated from most of the world by the Weirding Isles to the north and the Sundered Sea to the west. The main form of government on Shiya is the shogunate, bound to a weak emperor.

There are many who argue that the Shiya are just an extension of the Weirding Isles and there are some very weird aspects of Shiya - like the kitsune, the ailuri, and the preponderance of dinosaurs.
