Goa the Gifted

Goa the Gifted is an aspect of Goa, the third daughter of Li Stardancer and Yan the Starsinger. She is a source of inspiration for wizards and sorcerers. Her clerics can't turn undead, but they can replace any spell in their divine repertoire for one a level lower from the wizard/sorcerer list.
Goa the Gifted will frequently manifest at Caldera Academy and teach a master class in some new magic she's discovered.
