Summary
The Fae-Demon Wars are an ongoing fight between the forces of the Abyss and those of the Summerlands and Winterlands. It started approximately 5,000 years before the founding of yn-av-Agova and shows no signs of stopping.
The main front in the Wars is a place called Faredge in the Winterlands, a desolate, icy world built up with fae castles and pockmarked with portals to the Abyss and the Outer Dark. Side battles have broken out on other world of the Winterlands and in other material planes, including the one on which [{Tierra]] resides.
