Summary
Created by Jieh to find Li Stardancer, Thoth is a Chaosborn, given dominion over death.
He found Li in yn-av-Agova in 399 FYA and raised an army of undead to try to take her before the dragons arrived. This launched the Chaosborn war, which destroyed the city of silk and paper. He succeeded in breaking the Ouiwu, but fell to Li, Pranna, and the Ordopranni. After his physical form was destroyed, Li dragged his soul to the Heart of Chaos and binds it there so he can't go to Jieh.
Unable to leave, Thoth binds his time by collecting the souls that are chaos-touched enough to enter the Heart and binding them there into an army to follow Jieh.
