Summary

Born in 595 DB, Empress Utikka Manslayer, Throatslitter, First of Her Name, Queen of the Orcs and Goblins, First of the First Orcs, Dragonmade, Slayer of Faithless Friends, beloved of Tikkala, is the empress of Kaza Orok and a sunstone ascendant.

One of Emperor Retkag V's hundreds of children, she was born long after anyone saw value in marrying another one of his daughters. Her father handed her over to Tikkala's Chosen to be sacrificed when she reached adulthood. By all appearances, she was a good and dutiful daughter and welcomed the opportunity to serve the good of Kaza Orok. But on her name day, she had a vision of the goddess telling her, "When your father comes, strike true. I will guide your hand."

Her father did visit, surprising everyone. Many of his children had been sacrificed without a goodbye. But, he said he'd been visited by Tikkala and told it would serve the nation if he visited this child on this day. An iron knife, meant for her sacrifice, lay on the table. At the right moment, she snatched it up and slit her father's throat. Retkag made no motion to defend himself and died without a word.

The priesthood of Tikkala named her Empress and, following proof that she'll accept no she is largely accepted as such by her people.

Her clerics and paladins also pay homage to Tikkala, Bathed in Blood, but are Lawful/Evil only.
