Overview
The Essential Blade was one of the four Essential Gifts given to humanity by Aymar Summerborn and the sidhe at yn-av-Agova. It was given to King Yrol I along with the Essential Crown.
After Yrol's death, it was passed on to the Ouiwu and lost in the Chaosborn War.
Game Mechanics
The Essential Blade is an exquisite bastard sword +3/+6 vs. demons. On a successful hit against a demon, the target must make a fortitude save (DC25) or suffer an additional 2d20 damage of disruption.
