Summary
The Icarii are both a set of islands in the Rim and the race of winged humanoids who live there.
Geography
The islands are south of Mannisport and north of Minas Gerais.
People
The Icarii people first appeared during the Cataclysm in the refugee town called Aaron's Highpoint. There, refugees who'd been infected with the twisting rain were experimented on by the wizard Cohel Mannic in an attempt to control the transformation wrought by the high levels of manatite in their blood.
