Summary
Through the Fire and Back is a (mostly) true journal written by by Aevon Gazis and published in 390 DB. It starts eleven years after he completed his Grand Survey of the Thalassan Sphere and can be seen as a coda to that work as he decides to travel overland south through the Ring of Fire and determine the "full shape of Bitu-en-Sul."
